Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if an issue is later identified with availability, pricing, or customer information. Prices displayed on the Desi Angan website are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Desi Angan may offer Cash on Delivery and other payment methods depending on your location and the options available at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, you are responsible for paying the full amount due when the order is delivered. Customers should not share payment passwords, PINs, or verification codes with anyone claiming to represent Desi Angan. Payment methods and their availability may change from time to time.

We prepare and pack our pinnis, dry fruits, and other food products with care before dispatch. Because these are food products, their appearance, texture, colour, and natural characteristics may vary slightly from product images or previous orders. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions and photographs while recognizing that screen displays may differ from the actual product.

Customers are responsible for checking their order and providing suitable storage after delivery. Food products should be stored according to any instructions provided with the product and kept in appropriate conditions. Desi Angan is not responsible for changes in quality caused by improper storage, exposure to unsuitable temperatures, contamination, or mishandling after delivery. If you believe a product arrived damaged or unsuitable, please contact us promptly.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances. Our Refund & Return Policy applies to requests involving damaged, incorrect, spoiled, or otherwise unsuitable food products. Due to the nature of pinnis, dry fruits, and other food items, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind. Any approved refund or replacement will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other information to help us review a claim.
